Mel Bangs
Mel has trained in dance on and off since childhood and is excited to share her love of movement with the Rooted Fitness community. She began her formal training at TNT Dance Studio in Fairfield, ME., opening the door to regional and national programs. Mel has participated in the Dancemakers Inc. workshop in PA., pursued teacher and assistant training at Dance Teacher Connection in GA., and competed at Dancers Inc. with TNT Dance Studio in NH. Now, Mel brings this diverse training and experience to her classes focusing on fun, confidence, and strong technique for dancers and non-dancers of all levels. Off the dance floor, Mel works as a Sales Director at The Baldwin Group and lives locally with her husband and two dogs.

Kathleen Creeden
Kathleen is a certified yoga instructor with extensive corporate and studio teaching experience. She trained in 2011, at Exhale Spa’s Inside Out Yoga Program in NYC, grounded in Hatha and Vinyasa traditions. In 2012, I she began leading classes at Google through their Googler-to-Googler program, bringing mindful movement and meditation into a fast-paced tech culture. Kathleen's teaching style blends alignment-based Vinyasa with slower-flow Hatha, promoting deep stretching and grounding for body, mind, and spirit.
Alison Davis
Alison is a retired college athlete whose lifelong passion for fitness has become her career. A former Division I & II lacrosse player at Coastal Carolina University and The University of Mount Olive, she grew up in a competitive environment that emphasized balance, growth, and goal-setting. After earning her MBA, Alison continued her fitness journey, becoming a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. Alison creates an inspiring environment that encourages people to step outside their comfort zones and reach their goals, with a focus on the mind-body connection.
Elizabeth Dipreta
Elizabeth has been passionate about dance since childhood, beginning her formal ballet training at a young age. She is a certified instructor in Zumba, Mat Pilates, Barre, BOSU, Aqua Fitness, and Personal Training, among other formats. Elizabeth takes a holistic approach to fitness, focusing on nurturing the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. Her positive attitude and vibrant energy create a fun, motivating environment that inspires everyone in her classes.
Debra Lanci
Debra began her fitness journey in 1988 at her local YMCA, where she discovered her passion for group fitness. She quickly fell in love with the energy of teaching, inspiring others, and watching her students grow stronger as she challenged them to reach new goals. More than three decades and eight certifications later, Debra still brings the same enthusiasm and dedication to every class. Her philosophy is simple: when you put in the work, you look and feel your best—and she’s here to help you get there!
Delaney Meserve
Delaney is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor passionate about helping people feel strong, capable, and confident. Her dynamic, core-focused workouts blend strength training and functional movement to build power that carries into everyday life. In every session—Delaney brings motivation, positivity, and encouragement, creating a supportive space where everyone feels inspired to push their limits, grow stronger, and celebrate progress.
Linda Ubertini
Linda has had a lifelong passion for fitness, beginning with high school sports and continuing through recreational college teams. After college, she became a dedicated “gym rat” and earned her AFAA certification in her mid-20s—marking the start of a lifelong journey in health and wellness. In 2012, Linda’s focus on fitness took on a deeper meaning when she was diagnosed with breast cancer. Her strength and determination carried her through, and today, as a cancer survivor, she continues to inspire others through movement and resilience. Linda now teaches a variety of classes, including Cardio Barre, Spin, Strength, TRX, and Circuit training.
