A grounding blend of Hatha & Vinyasa styles. This yoga class offers deep stretching, mindful alignment and gentle flowing movement. (All levels).

A dynamic workout that combines full-body strength training, compound lifts, power exercises, and body-weight movements using kettlebells (or dumbbells). This class is designed to build strength, enhance balance, and boost endurance. Perfect for all levels. (All levels – 45 mins).

This class combines rower-based cardio work with off-the-rower strength training for a full-body, low-impact workout. We use Concept2 rowing machines plus floor exercises (with weights, bodyweight moves, resistance bands, etc.) to build muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, and overall fitness. Perfect for all levels.

This class combines weight training, resistance bands, kettlebells, and dumbbells to build strength, mobility, and stability. You’ll target all muscle groups, increase muscle tone, and improve core strength. Perfect for all levels. (60 mins)

A class that combines TRX suspension training with dynamic movement elements—often including strength& power, core work, balance, flexibility, and sometimes light cardio—for a full‑body fitness session. TRX (Total Resistance Exercises) uses adjustable straps anchored to a point allowing you to leverage your body weight as resistance.

Functional strength class using a variety of equipment and metabolic conditioning. Exercises done in sets/stations of lower body, upper body, core, & conditioning. Designed to build strength, power, and endurance. Intermediate to advanced level. (60 mins)

A combination of mat pilates, resistance exercises & mobility using an array of equipment, including pilates rings, light weights, bands, balls, and foam rollers. Perfect for anyone new to pilates or barre, re-entry into your fitness journey, or just looking for a basic, slower-paced class that focuses on core, breath, and lengthening movements that will build strength & balance. (50 mins)

This energizing and effective workout targets your core and smaller stabilizing muscles, as well as large muscle groups, while incorporating power and cardio exercises. This class will lengthen & strengthen you, incorporating small weights, bender balls, mini bands, & bodyweight exercises to promote full body stability and strength. (50 mins)

This class is designed to increase strength & endurance using a variety of strength training equipment & combining strength exercises, compound exercises, and conditioning. Perfect for all levels. (45 mins.)

High-intensity Interval Training – short periods of intense exercise followed by rest, using movements that incorporate power, speed, and explosiveness. Equipment includes med balls, kettlebells, sleds, and sandbags. Intermediate to advanced. (45 mins.)

Build a solid foundation with this beginner-friendly class focused on essential movement patterns, functional strength, and balance. Perfect for all fitness levels, especially those new to exercise or returning after a break, this class emphasizes controlled movements, proper form, and body awareness. You’ll improve posture, coordination, and core stability — all crucial for everyday activities and injury prevention. Modifications are offered to suit individual needs.

This energizing and effective workout is designed to lengthen and strengthen your body. With upbeat music and ballet-inspired movements, it targets both large muscle groups in the arms and legs as well as smaller stabilizing muscles. The class incorporates light weights, mini (bender) balls, and body-weight exercises, engaging the core to promote full-body stability and strength. Perfect for all levels. (50 mins.)
