With upbeat music and ballet-inspired movements, it targets both large muscle groups in the arms and legs as well as smaller stabilizing muscles. The class incorporates light weights, mini (bender) balls, and bodyweight exercises, engaging the core to promote full-body stability and strength. 50 mins.

Chair Yoga is a modified form of yoga performed while seated in a chair or with the chair for support. This form of yoga offers the same physical and mental benefits as traditional yoga, such as improved flexibility, strength, balance, and stress reduction. Suitable for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. 60 mins.

Circuit integrating cardio (bike), movement & mobility (TRX), & power & core (kettlebells). 60 min (for all levels)

Full body functional strength class using a variety of equipment and metabolic conditioning. Movements are done in sets/circuits of lower body, upper body, core,  & conditioning. Designed to build strength, power, and endurance.  60 mins (intermediate- advanced)

High-intensity Interval Training using body-weight & light weights, fast-paced intervals; burst of intense work (:20 to :40) followed by short periods of rest. Designed to burn calories, build muscle, endurance, & boost metabolism. 45 min (intermediate to advanced)

A combination of mat and wall pilates, and ballet barre exercises using an array of equipment including pilates rings, light weights, bands, balls, and foam rollers. (60 mins. for all levels)

This class combines rounding movements with dynamic stretching and mindful breathwork to build strength, release tension, and calm the nervous system. This balanced practice stabilizes your body, centers your mind, and leaves you feeling strong, stretched, and renewed. Low impact, full body strength class designed to focus on building strength & power. These movements are done in sets of lower body, upper body, & core exercises. 60 min (for all levels).

Strength Express for 45 min.

Full body circuit using a mix of TRX, bands, weights, & cardio (rower, bike, or elliptical). 45 min (beginner to intermediate)

A 45 min class designed to increase strength & endurance using a variety of strength training equipment & combining strength exercises, compound exercises and conditioning. (for all levels)
