Full body circuit using a mix of TRX, bands, weights, & cardio (rower, bike, or elliptical). 45 min (beginner to intermediate)

Circuit integrating cardio (bike), movement & mobility (TRX), & power & core (kettlebells). 60 min (for all levels)

Body-weight & light weights, fast paced intervals; burst of intense work (:20 to :40) followed by short periods of rest. Designed to burn calories, build muscle, endurance, & boost metabolism. 45 min (intermediate to advanced)

Full body workout using resistance bands, mini bands, bosu/step, stability ball, and light weights. Designed to increase mobility, strength & stability with bursts of cardio to elevate the heart rate. 60 min (for all levels)

Low impact, full body strength class designed to focus on building strength & power. These movements are done in sets of a lower body, an upper body, & a core exercise. 60 min (for all levels)

Full body functional strength class using a variety of equipment and metabolic conditioning. Movements are done in sets/circuits of lower body, upper body, core,  & conditioning. Designed to build strength, power, and endurance.  60 mins (intermediate- advanced)

A versatile dance style class that incorporates high energy dance moves, with light dumbbells for muscle toning and cardiovascular benefits. 60 mins (for all levels)

A combination of mat and wall pilates, and ballet barre exercises using an array of equipment including pilates rings, light weights, bands, balls, and foam rollers. (for all levels)

A mix of plyometric, power, and conditioning exercises using minimal equipment.  Designed to increase power, endurance, agility and burn calories. 45 mins (for all levels)

A 45 min class designed to increase strength & endurance using a variety of strength training equipment & combining strength exercises, compound exercises and conditioning. (for all levels)

Functional strength training done in a group setting at your own pace focusing on mobility, power, strength & conditioning. Session is adjusted to fit your individual level & needs. (all levels)
